John M. Collins Muhammad, Jr commonly known as JCM, is an advocate, policy-maker, and change agent. In April 2017, John was elected to represent the 21st Ward in the Board of Aldermen of the City of Saint Louis, making him the youngest person and first Muslim ever to be elected. John was re-elected in April 2021.
